Alternatives Considered

monday.com, Zoho Projects, Zoho Sprints and Airtable

I found better features than Zoho Projects and Zoho Sprints. Airtable required a lot of effort in configuring so won't recommend that. monday.com was easy but has fewer controls and familiarity among the developers when we work with external agencies.

Jira is used for project management. The major issue is users not updating the tasks regularly. That causes stale information and inaccurate charts. This reduces its active usage. Especially when there is no dedicated project manager or product owner.
