Overall Satisfaction with Jira Work Management (Jira Core)

In our company, we primarily use Jira work management as a Project management software where we are able to see all the project information at a glance. We can easily manage our projects and keep the team organized. Managing tasks and different projects in Jira starts with a workflow which defines our processes and enable our teams to track the tasks. Jira work management also have boards where we are able to visualize our workflows and drag and drop tasks from to-do to done.
  • Tracking projects and tasks of different teams.
  • Easier task management with statuses, comments and file attachments all at one place.
  • Everyone in organization can see a project's details at a glance without having to email or set up a meeting.
  • I love the updated Jira work management and I don't see anything that needs improvement.
  • Different types of views like List view, calendar view and the Timeline view gives the team a clear picture of the projects and tasks and timelines.
  • Ability to create personalized workflows depending on our organization needs.
  • Creation of Forms is very easy, can be done by dragging dropping the fields, These are used to collect information from the team to achieve better coordination within the project teams.
  • Saves a lot of time to complete the tasks with Automation, by allowing teams to choose predefined rules from the automation library.
  • Increasing the Productivity of the teams.
  • Jira Service Management (Jira Service Desk)
The evolution of Jira Service Desk to Jira work management is accompanied by lot of new features like the List View which allows inline editing, easy column management, the Calendar View bases on extensible modal and state categories, the Timeline View supports tasks and subtasks, the Boards which allow the categorization of status and allow the visibility of subtasks on the cards, Forms can be created very easily, Project templates can be used based on the business area.

Jira work management represents the solution that allows business teams such as Finance, sales or marketing to collaborate with technical teams within Jira. It has so many features like the List view, the Calendar view, the Timeline view, the Boards, Workflows, Forms, Project templates, Dashboards and reports and automation. Jira Core is very well capable of increasing productivity of the teams through centralization of information through these different types of views and the automation allows the teams to invest less time in configuration and more time in execution of work.
