Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
JobDiva is used as the main recruiting and sales tool in my organization. I have been using Jobdiva for close to 10 years now. I use it on an everyday basis and use it to input candidate conversations, notes, status, and to help me find new candidates for my existing job openings. For recruiters, JobDiva is the tool we use to do everything and to keep track of our jobs, candidates, offers, interviews, etc. I do not see any issues with JobDiva.
- Agent Search- When I have a job and input the attributes of candidates that I look for a specific job most of the time it provides me the right candidates.
- MailMerges-are great because your job openings reaches a high number of candidates in the region and this ends-up being a great thing for high number of responses, referrals, and other candidates. While also searching for candidates on your own.
- Candidate Tracking- JobDiva is a great tool that keeps track of your candidates, conversations, and helps build relationships.
- Reporting tool- JobDiva also helps in tracking your everyday numbers and how many candidates you speak to on a daily basis, monthly, and or annually.
- No Problems with JobDiva. I like this tool.
- Great tools no problems.
