Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

We use JobDiva as our main recruiting resource tool.
  • Fresh resumes daily
  • You can do very narrow searches
  • The resumes can be ranked by priority skill
  • Speed
  • Ranking resumes by skill
  • Search by similar resumes!!!
  • It has expanded our presence nationally.
  • We get resumes to our clients in a more timely manner which means we can beat the competition and that is critical when placing contractors.
I was only slightly involved with the selection process and was aware which other products we were considering. In the end i did agree that JD was the best product for us.
One of the main drawbacks of JD is that you can not search by similar resume, this is an amazing tool and with the technology out there it should be able to be done. Also speed is an issue, it gets very slow at times. JD is a candidate tracking product and weak on the account management or sales side. It could be more user friendly. There are parts of JD that are really useless, such as the drop downs on the resume screen, no need to keep old resumes or 'make a job for this candidate' or 'create a job tailored to this candidate'. I have never used any of those features.
If you are a local staffing firm and only recruiting locally it's absolutely not worth it. One of the great features of JobDiva is that you can search across the country.
