Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
We use JobDiva throughout our organization for recruiting and it serves as a database for us to get all the information on our current employees, past employees and prospective employees. It is very helpful for us to find the talents in our database but sometimes narrowing down the field gets difficult to pull right candidates.
- It is a great database to build up to keep track of your talents.
- Search function is amazing where you can pull off any candidate with just name or just email or just phone number.
- Job Dashboard does a great job helping us prioritize our work.
- Searching through the old job to see the matched talents is very helpful as well.
- My Contacts field seems slightly confusing to use, its hard to find all the information right there
- I wonder what the contact hotlist does ?
- I wish the search could be expanded in a way that we can look for multiple things at a same time without going to the particular job. For example, If I want the Full Stack Java guy, I could just put my keyword into the search tab and see who I already have in the database without actually creating the job. That would be excellent.
