Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

JobDiva was used by the whole organization(Softpath System, LLC) for making the business more easy. It was capable of addressing all the staffing and recruiting problems like sourcing quality resumes, editing/updating candidate information, keeping a continuous track of the applicants and even tracking the payments made to the candidates who are under their contract.

Being impressed by the services of JobDiva, I personally recommended that the current management of Pyramid Technology Solutions, Inc. give a shot to JobDiva and their talk is on going.
  • Harvesting resumes from all the portals and getting them together based on the skills.
  • Email merge.
  • Facility to provide alternative skills and job titles(Boolean Search).
  • Updating candidate information and availability to take up a new job.
  • Providing training for new recruiters by JobDiva team is really good.
  • I experienced it going down frequently.
  • Providing alerts if any candidate changes his potential availability will be an added advantage.

Most staffing and recruiting needs can be fulfilled by JobDiva. The best case for using JobDiva is that it can reduce the cost of buying other portals as JobDiva harvests resumes from various sources. Searching for a particular candidate submitted earlier for a particular job is pretty good and easy. Keeping track of all the jobs which are open or closed is attractive. One more tempting feature of JobDiva is its dashboard, which is very impressive.

5 - Two people for updating and maintaining Job status on JobDiva and Three people to set suitable boolean search strings as per the job requirements.
