Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

JobDiva is the primary ATS used across my whole organization. Complete end to end recruitment is done through JobDiva only. Even if we source through different job boards, everything needs to be processed through JobDiva. As a recruiter I would say I am helpless if I don't have JobDiva now.
  • Easy to put in keywords for your talent search, so sourcing becomes more easy and efficient at the same time.
  • Scheduling interviews and reviewing candidates internally is convenient.
  • It helps keep a great database of good candidates updated all the time.
  • We could make more specialized searches if there was a more organized way to target specific skills or work authorization, tax terms etc.
  • Layout could be made more attractive, like keeping contact details in a different font or color or section, etc.
  • Overall it's so good that you have to think too hard to find those slight improvements.
  • As a recruiter I am pretty happy with the experience of getting used to this amazing application. I have gained a lot since I started using JobDiva extensively.
JobDiva is more centralized and accurate if you make it learn in the right direction. Definitely better than others.
The Recruitment and Staffing industry would be handicapped if JobDiva was not there to get them a centralized database as an intelligent ATS.
