Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva
JobDiva is used as an ATS in our organization. It is being used across the whole organization. It addresses the problem of tracking the applicant's status.
- It provides you with a database from different portals. Instead of going to different portals we can use JobDiva.
- It provides us with all the information of a consultant in its database. It makes it easier to look for the past status of an applicant.
- It provides word mapping so that you don't have to type in all the keywords and makes the search process faster.
- I would like to see if JobDiva can add a "years of experience" feature
- It has reduced investments in buying Portal IDs.
I have not used any other ATS apart from JobDiva.
