Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

JobDiva is used by the whole organization for recruiting and talent management activities.

Pros

  • The major strength of job Diva is email merge and recruiting process to keep track of your work.
  • Its feature of universal searches like candidates by phone and email, by company, and notes by notes content
  • User dashboard and jobs dashboard help to strategize the work.
  • Reports are easier and helpful

Cons

  • It should have feature of finding candidates by years of experience and education.
  • Its pay rate feature also doesn't work effectively
  • Its widely used by our organization and has greater impact on ROI
WE SELECTED BECAUSE OF EASY TO USE,EMAIL MERGE AND OTHER RECRUITING PROCESSES
I like it over other used recruiting ATS. It is simple and very helpful.
  • It is highly useful for sending email-merges and improving you boolean search while it is not suitable for finding candidates with specific visa and experience.
