Overall Satisfaction with JobDiva

JobDiva is being used as the main Applicant Tracking System by the whole organization. All the résumés are being routed through JobDiva to source.

  • It has had a positive impact as my whole organization is working on it maintaining everything in JobDiva from start to end.
JobDiva is easy to use and does all the work that is needed in the organization. Résumé tracking, candidate tracking, notes, and everything. JobDiva maintains all the positions and candidates, and it prevents duplicate résumés. To keep track across the whole organization, the JobDiva notes feature is very useful.
JobDiva provides quite a good experience. I have been using it for the past 3 years, and it has been a seamless experience working on it, and I have enjoyed it. To work in JobDiva is easy, and support is really helpful.
When everyone uses different job portals, like Dice or Monster, résumés get routed to JobDiva. It helps us a lot to keep track of them.
