We use it as our ATS. Just the recruiting team uses it.

  • Lets you add candidates to other requisitions
  • It lets other co-workers view your job requisition
  • Lets you make reports of all sorts

Cons

  • The "new" feature for candidates
  • The back feature
  • positive impact - let's you stay connected with candidates very well.

Taleo, Bullhorn. I think Jobvite is the best one.
It's the best ATS I have used to date
Everything overall is good.
