Jobvite is a full recruiting platform. It provides features across the recruiting funnel - from sourcing and managing candidates via CRM and managing workflows to communicating with hiring managers and reporting through custom dashboards and reports.https://media.trustradius.com/product-logos/7H/zF/GL1PBI9SKOO8.JPEGOverall the best solution for my teamJobVite is being used as the ATS at InfoReliance, in the traditional manner, for requisitions, applicants, tracking, scheduling, etc. It is also used in its social recruiting capacity for all employees. It is also used as a searchable database for employee skills knowledge and abilities.,JobVite makes tracking resume sources incredibly easy The reporting function is nice, easily used The interface with stakeholders to interview decisions is good on the user side,One of the main things that is an area for improvement is that the system is requisition-focused rather than candidate focused. For example, if a candidate has been considered for multiple jobs, one of the most important things for a recruiter would be to have easy access to other teammates notes on the candidate, and to review past actions on the candidate. Now, you have to click separately on each requisition and hunt for any notes. We have had to employ a work around for our process for submission of resumes to hiring managers and interviewers. The intuitive function would be to use the "submit to hiring manager" step to do just that - but it does not allow you to send to multiple recipients. So, we use the Notes functions to submit resumes and then manually move the candidate through that step. It works wonderfully, but we had to figure it out when we first started using the product Back to my first point - the number one thing that would improve the product is for contact profiles to include all notes by requisition in a dashboard so that a recruiter could review the full history.,8,We have definitely increased both the efficiency and consistency of the process for a manager to request a hire. We have also eliminated the need for recruiters to manually input notes into the ATS or to schedule separately in Outlook - another quick point on that, Outlook schedule integration could be slightly better - very helpful to see someone's calendar,,9Jobvite - Reviewed by a RecruiterThe entire Recruiting function uses Trulia for all of our Applicant Tracking System needs. Hiring Managers and interviewers are entering in their feedback, seeing resumes, and accepting calendar scheduling.,User Interface provides an ease of use Information is organized and easy to find and navigate The newest version requires less "clicks" and performs better than the previous version,Better search capability,8,Overall it's easily adopted by employees - not a big learning curve,,8,Candidate search Requisition search,Running reports is difficult and cumbersome to gather data to share across the organization,Yes,8Solid ATS with room for improvement.Jobvite is being used across our entire organization for recruiting, reporting, interviewing, & hiring talent for our organization. The new jobvite UI is a great tool to be able to create a snapshot of any req at a given point in time.,Social integration. Being able to quickly share your openings on Linkedin, Twitter, & Facebook. I like how you can submit active candidates straight to the hiring manager through the req. The managers interest one or another is capture within the ATS and makes it easy to disposition from there. Scheduling phone interviews. You can easily schedule phone interviews within Jobvite and have the invite pop on the interviewers Outlook. At other companies I would have to record the time within the ATS & schedule to Outlook.,Search. Not a huge fan of the search results within Jobvite. I would like to be able to see the current company, school, & location from the search view within having to click through every single candidate. CRM functionality. I wish Jobvite had a feature to save candidates within the ATS easily for future opportunities Interview feedback template. I wish you could have customizable feedback templates for different parts of the organization.,5,+ The ease of sharing openings across different platforms to help drive more applications - The customer service department is not very helpful when there is a technical issue with the product + The ease of managing your open reqs the the easily manageable UI.,,7Reviewing JobviteI enjoyed using Jobvite. Our HR department transitioned from a different program and that part was not as smooth as I would like but after employees got acclimated, it was great.,Jobvite is user friendly. Jobvite has features that can replace other data. The connection from Jobvite to other outside media and outsourcing is the best in the industry.,Easier transitioning from current ATS to Jobvite. Cost.,8,Increased employee efficiency. Increased internal communications.,,6JobVite ReviewJobVite was used during the recruitment process, from sourcing to final interview feedback. Recruiters were able to send candidates to hiring managers (across all departments) and receive feedback through JobVite and employees were able to submit referrals (either directly or through social media). We were able to integrate social media into the recruiting strategy for sourcing and internal candidates.,Ability to share jobs across multiple social networks. It's important to be able to do this in one click versus copying and pasting multiple times. Clearly receiving feedback from hiring managers. Templates can be customized for each role, level and department to allow the hiring managers to clearly communicate feedback and next steps, eliminating a lot of unnecessary back and forth. Ease of employees submitting referrals. The companies where I used JobVite were very focused on interviewing all internal referrals and being able to easily identify the source was very helpful.,Inconsistent functionality in certain browsers. One browser would work well for 3-4 weeks and then I would have to switch (i.e. Chrome to Firefox) for a week before being able to switch back. Difficulty uploading PDF files. Frequently had issues with the system being unable to read/upload PDF files. Reporting. Difficult to capture reporting data. Often had to supplement, and perform double data entry in spreadsheets, to capture necessary data.,6,Positive - Hiring manager communication and feedback. Negative - Duplication of work due to lack of reporting functions. Positive - Social media engagement and increased passive candidate responses.,,4One of the best ATS!It is being used across the organization for recruiting and sourcing purposes. It is mainly used by the recruiters or talent acquisition supervisors. I also used Jobvite with my previous employer, Office Depot Business Solutions. Personally, I like using Jobvite. It is better than other ATS that I have used and currently use now.,Very user friendly. There are not a lot of steps that you have to go through in order to see the applicant's resume. It allows for quicker sourcing and tracking. Software is up to date! Makes my job easier.,I guess my only suggestion at this time would be to keep it simple and easy to maneuver around. I don't have a lot of time to review resumes, and I have to review several daily.,10,Increased employee efficiency, definitely! Better and stronger customer service to clients and candidates. Faster sourcing.,,10Is It Perfect? No. But Show Me an ATS That Is.Jobvite is primarily used by our Recruiting Team as an Applicant Tracking System. It is also used by Hiring Managers to input interview feedback and internal employees to submit referrals. It is used to help organize and track candidates that apply for jobs with the company and like with any ATS help us in our efforts to stay compliant with State and Federal Laws when it comes to fair and equal hiring practices.,With Jobvite I have the ability with my hiring manager's permission to show them how they can link job openings on Jobvite to their Linkedin accounts so that they can blast any opening within the company to their Linkedin network. I can leverage my Linkedin, Facebook, and Twitter feeds to Jobvite to connect my social network to openings within the company.,I personally have found the reporting function to be cumbersome and not user friendly to the degree that I would like. I have worked with several different ATS systems in the past and haven't worked with one that I love including Jobvite but it is the best that I have come across so far.,7,Jobvite is really simple for hiring managers and employees to figure out with minimal training on my part. The ATS functionality was easy and fast for me to pick up with the previous ATS exposure that I have had in my career. I feel that there is too much time spent when it comes to figuring out how to configure a particular report that I want. To have a question answered I have to submit a help desk ticket vs. picking up the phone and talking with someone live.,Taleo,The Resumator,ADP Workforce Now,7Trulia Jobvite ReviewWe use it as our ATS. Just the recruiting team uses it.,Lets you add candidates to other requisitions It lets other co-workers view your job requisition Lets you make reports of all sorts,The "new" feature for candidates The back feature,9,positive impact - let's you stay connected with candidates very well. ROI n/a,,8JobVite Tonight!JobVite allows recruiters to work with multiple hiring companies. List open jobs in a EZ format.,The messaging system doesnt seem to work right. Notifications are not the best, see #1.,JobVite is not my choice. We use it because some of our customers use it. Knowing how to use JobVite has helped us when making candidate submissions to enterprise companies.,5,5JobVite - ReviewI used Jobvite at a previous company and the product was mainly used in the HR Department to track candidate's personal information into the system.,The system allows you to store information about candidates that did not meet the hiring standards for future consideration.,The system can become more user friendly by perhaps combining all requisition in one single view or by adding more colorful icons.,10,The applicant tracking system foster better communication between the recruiter and the hiring manager.,,9Jobvite provides excellent tools for complex recruiting organizationsWe use Jobvite as our Applicant Tracking System. We use it throughout the organization to manage hiring for all levels of positions, from part-time staff to VP level positions. When we started using Jobvite, I was new to the organization and there was no ATS in place (resumes were sent via email). We began using the system to address the need to better track and manage our hiring process. We train all hiring managers on utilization, and the HR function manages the platform.,Social recruiting is one of Jobvite's strengths. We are able to manually or automatically broadcast jobs on social media, like Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin. Our employees are also able to do the same, and we love the ability to engage with applicants in a variety of mediums. The communication tools in Jobvite are fantastic. They use coding to allow responses from candidates to be automatically captured in the file, so we retain all email communication in one place for reference. We have the ability to send emails to the candidate directly (including customizable templates), and also to make notes in the file that can automatically be emailed to various constituents. I love the tabbed format that allows us to see relevant information for candidates without being overwhelmed by data. The printing and viewing functions are great, and allow us to effectively see the candidate's original documents as well as text versions. There is a tab to allows you to see the history of all views and actions taken by people who have access to the file, so it's easy to identify and actor if a mistake is made, or to check the original intention of the person who made the change in the file. This allows us to give more ownership to Hiring Managers, as we can check their work.,Jobvite can be a bit glitchy in different web browsers. We have a more detailed online application that we require applicants to complete before an in-person interview, and 10-20% of our applicants have challenges with completing it and need help. There are challenges with firefox and safari, so we usually recommend people use IE or Chrome. There is a registration process candidates need to complete by clicking and email and setting up a password after submitting their resume in order to access the site in the future, and many people miss completing this, which causes frustration in the future. The system has challenges with multiple browser tabs being open at once, and occasionally gives error messages when something is submitted due to conflicts.,9,We have improved our compliance in terms of tracking candidate applications dramatically, as all of our history is stored in one place. This also allows us to reduce time spent on candidates who apply for multiple jobs, as we are able to review notes from previous interviews and use the context to help determine next steps. We have significantly improved our time to hire, as we are able to track candidate communication and communicate easily with managers regarding next steps. It is easy to see which candidates have not been edited recently, so we can look into the reasons for this and drive efficiency. Jobvite offers free broadcasting to online job boards like Indeed.com and SimplyHired.com. This brings in hundreds of applicants per month sometimes for our open jobs, and requires no effort on our part.,iCIMS,22,2,Hiring process management--we manage full cycle hiring, from application review to generating offer letters (from a custom template) for candidates. Sourcing candidates--we have a hosted careers page embedded seamlessly on our company website that shows real-time jobs open. The job broadcasting, social media links, and easy online application allow us to effectively source candidates and track metrics. I especially like that we can create custom job urls to track candidate source.,10,No,Price Product Features Product Usability,We might try to talk with more people who use the system to get tips about implementation. We would have like to learn more about potential hiccups and try to anticipate, vs. having to solve for them after the fact. We might have designed our follow-up application form differently, as we now have lots of challenges with technical glitches cropping up when someone tries to go back in and fill out the form, due to browser issues, them not completing the setup of their account, or other browser issues.,9,YesJobvite, a good recruiting, marketing toolI implemented Jobvite globally in January 2012, Our offices in US, Canada, China, Japan use Jobvite for Sourcing, Recruiting and Applicant Tracking. It is a great tool to use for tracking applicants and processing them through the recruiting process. It is also a great system to use to recruit through social networks. Currently we are not using all the features to full extend but plan on using them as we train our employees and managers and they get comfortable using it.,It is very user friendly. Everyone in the organization can help source for candidates from their networks so it is not just the recruiters, HR and managers sourcing the candidates Once a person sends a jobvite to their LinkedIn network, email contacts etc. it has the capabilities to keep track of who initially referred the job.,The interview scheduling capability where it links to Microsoft Outlook so you can see the availability of the interviews still does not work properly. Jobvite does not support older version of Internet Explorer which is an issue with mid size organizations who cannot move to new versions immediately Need to be able to customize the workflows more that currently available. The workflows work for us but could be better,8,Positive impact, implementation team was great, average ROI. Met almost all of over business objectives i.e. Time to hire, source of resume, using our employees network to find candidates, recruiting activities Customer service via email is great, need to increase customer service hours via phone,,9,8Best on the market but needs improvement.I am a technical recruiter and I currently use Jobvite to submit candidates to my clients who used Jobvite as their ATS. My company itself doesn't use Jobvite, however. I did use Jobvite when I was an internal recruiter at my previous job. There, I used Jobvite to track, message, and schedule interviews for my candidates. I also used it to communicate with hiring managers on different teams. I liked using Jobvite because it helped keep all communications and interactions in one place.,I think Jobvite is intuitive and easy to use. The UI is clean and just about anyone can learn how to use it. Jobvite is easy to set up and easy to link with your accounts. It integrates easily with your email and calendar. Jobvite helps anyone in an organization who is involved in the hiring process communicate better, provide feedback, review notes and resumes all in one place.,One thing that I really disliked about Jobvite when I was an internal recruiter is how the page would refresh every time I would schedule something. It was extremely time consuming and frustrating when I scheduled interviews for 6-8 interviewers and had to wait for the page to reload 6-8 times. Another thing I found frustrating is the fact that I couldn't have two Jobvite windows open on different pages. It was extremely difficult to multitask. Currently as an agency recruiter submitting candidates to organizations, I find it frustrating that I cannot search within candidates. Since I have 500+ candidates who I have submitted, I have to click from page to page to find a candidate by alphabetical order.,9,I think Jobvite creates a better experience for employees within an organization overall, but not always a better experience for candidates. Often emails to candidates would go into their SPAM folders or they just didn't know how to use it properly for messaging. Currently, on the agency side, submitting candidates through Jobvite has been extremely time consuming. Jobvite cannot read most PDF resumes, so in turn, I am forced to convert PDF resumes to word docs and manually type in info like names, email addresses, phone numbers, etc. It slows me down, especially when I am submitting multiple candidates for multiple roles. I feel that Jobvite has helped improve communication between myself, my clients, and my candidates. Since agencies are CCed on all emails companies send to candidates, I can easily track the stage of process which my candidates are in.,,9Jobvite ReviewIt is mainly used by our HR/Recruiting team. Outside of that, employees who interview candidates get notifications of the interviews and submit their interview evaluations from/to Jobvite. Additionally, employees use it to submit referrals.,Ability to quickly find candidates in the system (if you know the candidate's name) Love the dashboard, as it quickly gives me an overview of my roles, new applicants, and the search bar on the dashboards page is actually a more efficient way to search for candidate's than the actual Candidates page, because you don't need to worry about filters that may already be on your Candidate search page that you have to remove and do the search a second time. Ability to quickly add candidates to a specific req via the "Add Candidate" link within the actual req.,The fact that once a candidate is designated a "Future Candidate" that they have to remain an active candidate. You should have the ability to make them inactive. I have no idea how to source for candidates already in our Jobvite that weren't a fit for another role but could be good for other roles that open. I worked at Google, and this was extremely easy to do through their proprietary ATS, and I would love to have that tool with our Jobvite. I have no idea if Trulia has the functionality to use the Pipeline, Campaign, and/or Sourcing functions. But, if we do, I'd love to understand what those functions specifically do and how to best use them.,9,Increased employee efficiency when submitting referrals Increased employee efficiency when scheduling interviews I honestly can't think of any other positive or negative impacts, as I don't think it's really had a significant impact on our business either way.,,7Jobvite - pretty goodMy previous company deployed it as their first ATS to help the company hire 300 people in a 1-year period. It was used by multiple recruiters/hiring managers. It was deployed internationally.,Engage the hiring manager: the system makes it easy for the hiring manager to be highly engaged in the process and have visibility every step of the way. Tap social media: the connections to Linkedin, glassdoor, Indeed, Facebook, etc for posting jobs and/or connecting with contacts is easy.,Approvals: it's nowhere near as robust as Taleo or iCims in this respect. It was a constant struggle to get approvals fine tuned and there was limited flexibility on how to configure. Reporting: it didn't 100% meet all of our reporting needs, particularly for compliance purposes (we filed an annual AAP).,6,Job posting - the automatic feeds to Indeed alone saved the company thousands of dollars (we couldn't get it to work before we implemented the ATS) and filled lots of jobs. The implementation of Jobvite (along with a comprehensive upgrade to our entire recruiting program) allowed us to cut time per hire drastically, drop cost per hire from ~$8k to $2k per hire, almost entirely eliminate agency use and get the agencies we continued to use under control, improve manager experience, exceed our staffing plan, and drive a higher quality of hire because recruiters had more time to focus on the value-add parts of recruiting.,Taleo,iCims,6Great tool for better communication and organizationOur company uses Jobvite in our recruiting and human resources department. We have hundreds of applicants every month, so it's a great program for making sure we look at and respond to each and every person who applies to our company. It helps us stay organized and communicate well with each other; you can organize applicants into categories (i.e. Hired, Declined, Scheduled for phone interview, Accepted for in-person interview, ect.) and send them emails directly through Jobvite. There are other great features to Jobvite as well, such as a section to add internal notes about a candidate, and more.,Makes it easy to communicate with potential employees as well as with colleagues during the hiring process Easy to use and navigate Helps you stay organized while recruiting multiple candidates,You have to be very detail oriented to use this program. Since you're responding to people's job applications through Jobvite, it could be a disaster if you accidentally put someone in the wrong category. You aren't able to see if someone else at the company has the same job candidate open on their computer, which can lead to things like two people calling the candidate at once. Communication is key. If someone has been in a certain category for a long time, they just sit there. It can be easy to lose track of applicants within the program.,9,Allows employees to provide better customer service. When we respond to each and every applicant (even if they don't get the job), they have a better impression on the company than if they don't hear back at all. Increases employee efficiency. Rather than wasting time shuffling and searching through emails, spreadsheets, etc, you can easily search within Jobvite and know who is ready to be interviewed or declined. Increases overall organization and communication within a business.,9Wish I had the budget for Jobvite, unfortunately Taleo is in my budgetI did use Jobvite, I loved the interface and all of it's functions. It is MUCH better than Taleo. Unfortunately I had to cut costs and I preferred using LinkedIn Recruiter, which is expensive. WIth the additional $10k cost per year for Jobvite, the combined costs were above my budget. I am currently using Taleo for $2k per year but am considering using a start up with similar features called GatherDocs.,Love the interface and the fact you can integrate with your company brand Integrates with Social Media so current employees can utilize the service Like the ability to share info with hiring managers easiy,Cost isn't too bad for what it offers, but unfortunately I can't afford it with my budget. That's the only weakness I can think of.,9,Better customer service Faster lead conversion Increased employee Efficiency Increased employee referrals,Taleo,Kennexa,Gatherdocs,icms,SmartRecruiters,8Recruiter's insightJobvite is being used as the applicant tracking system at Enphase energy. We use this to open positions, manage the entire applicant process through the hire stage. This is used by HR and also hiring managers with open positions.,Ability to have a clear view to new applicants. When you log in it will sort the resumes with the stage that they are in. The new applicants are highlighted and in their own column. Easy of use: simple recruiting workflow and the ability to move candidates though each process with one click. Compared to other ATS products, Jobvite is easy to navigate through each screen and get to the information needed with ease. The Data is in a font/format that is easy to read as we spned many hours looking at resumes this is very important.,Perhaps some improvement around being able to do Boolean searches within the tool.,8,This is not my area of involvement as I am only a user of the system for my daily recruitment activities.,Taleo,icms,9Jobvite is OKIt is being used as an applicant tracking system by the entire organization.,Easy to edit information and customize single sign on web based, mobile,Customer service issues have to be dealt with in a queue style forum Customer service is almost non-existant very hard to share a job outside of the jobvite ecosystem. Can't just copy and paste a link from the career site,5,Easier to keep track off all activity made recruiting more efficient Easier to provide business analysts with data for forecasting,The Resumator,Kenexa,Taleo,Google ATS,5Jobvite-thumbs downWe use jobvite as our main ATS. We use the product throughout the organization, to approve reqs, to view candidates, to track information and to communicate with candidates. Jobvite isn't consistent-emails don't always go through, some of the features are not intuitive at all so this causes you to miss steps if you are not trained on the system. This tool is not great to source candidates in the database-unable to source candidates with keywords, or boolean. Overall, its an ok tool to house resumes but not a great tool to actually source within our own database of resume. I believe the reporting function isn't robust.,cant recommend jobvite its a decent tool for resume database, not intuitive-for example, when a job is filled, there is a little button all the way at the bottom that most people would probably miss if i have a candidate that does not fill a specific req i can submit them, however they fall into a general application, and unless I remember the name of the person its almost useless to put them into jobvite without attaching them to a specific req because you will not be able to find them again, unless you remember their name cant source on jobvite. I should be able to source within my own database.,2,I am not in a position to know these metrics.,,1Great, very easy-to-use tracking tool.Versatility. Very user-friendly and the fact that the whole company can help. We love referrals and if we can use our people to find more like them, that’s a good thing. Very easy to post jobs using social networks. Our process is: Manager gives us a job requisition. We route for approval. Once approved, we post to multiple sites externally (including social channels). Since all employees are uploaded into JV system, new positions are also pushed to employees (we offer referral bonuses). You can set profile so that system automatically sends jobvites to twitter FB, or just individually through email. If I send a JV to my network, and it starts to spread virally, it can always be linked back to me as the originator and I get the referral. The site is also open to outside recruiters. Automation: Set and forget functionality means that jobs are automatically posted to LinkedIn and Facebook etc. Great tracking tool. We can see a vast array of metrics like how someone applied (which source), how long positions take to fill, etc. Automatic candidate tracking and matching. If someone has applied for one position and was not hired, they remain in our database for automatic matching to future reqs. Customization: The system is very easy to customize and configure. I can ask it to copy me on any messages that hiring managers send to candidates. The system can be configured so that candidates are notified automatically if a job that matches their skills becomes open. Single sign-on. Social media passwords are stored in JV so that I can automatically link to social media channels without having to log-in. I can post 20 jobs per day to social media channels with multiple customization options.,There are some data presentation issues. For example, our CFO struggles to see what reqs he needs to approve. He cannot see in a simple list what items need immediate action. If he loses an email and goes into the systems he cannot easily see what’s been approved or not approved. We have entered an enhancement request on this.,The big advantage is that I am no longer the choke point. Using JobVite means that hiring managers have direct access to candidates without having to go through HR. The fact that they can manage the process themselves is hugely efficient. Access is 24/7.,10,9,300,Company-wide applicant tracking system. It handles job requisitions, approvals, postings to social media sites, etc.,,Online training,8,No,10,8,10,10Great system for tracking candidate funnel.Been happy with the implementation and what it’s been able to do for us. Fairly easy to implement. They were easy to work with. The workflow was good. Good UI. More relevant than some of the older systems. Social media features – though I have not seen a change in percentage of referrals as a result.,It doesn’t filter very well. It gives rating on how well an applicant fits job spec, but didn’t filter in very intelligent way. It's mostly on location and pay requirement, but not on really important stuff like have they done this job before. It's not very smart. Maybe based upon how we set it up.,Being able to report on the volume of candidates to hiring managers To be able to track the funnel and identify if we don’t have enough candidate pool - before when we were on email, it was impossible to track. Easier to collate feedback on candidates – however the system didn’t help direct the strategy for the interview – who is accountable for what information/ facets of an interview.,9,9,200,0,Applicant tracking/processing: You can post jobs. It look like they are on our site, but it's actually on a Jobvite site. An applicant fills out application online, attaches their resume, and the system pings the hiring manager (depending on how you've set up the workflow); the hiring manager or HR person reviews candidates. They can eliminate them and send them no-thanks message. If an HR person sees someone who really needs to be looked at, they can direct hiring manager to review. You can really see what’s happening with each candidate. Has social media features to help source prospective candidates. It really leverages LinkedIn a lot. JobVite have a background check and that information should flow into your HRIS system ideally. Today, it’s manually re-keyed - not because it couldn’t be integrated, but we were unhappy with our HRIS system and so wanted to hold-off on integration.,,Implemented in-house,,Self-taught,The whole system was pretty easy to use without training.,No,,9,10,Our HRIS - but we are unhappy with our current HRIS so have held off.,

We like the systems, they constantly make updates that improve functionality, and we are able to really take advantage of our database of prior applicants. We have no interest in changing systems and having to invest the time to re-train our managers and have HR learn to manage a new system.

It is great tool, but has room for improvements. Lot of the features we want to use are not compatible with all the browsers, for instance using the interview scheduling using MS Outlook.

If I were to become an internal recruiter again, I would almost definitely use Jobvite. I liked the fact that we could set up any job application link on our company web site to connect directly to Jobvite. I also liked that Jobvite made employee referral easy to submit, as employee referrals tend to be the highest quality candidates. Jobvite really has all the tools a recruiter needs to get a candidate through a recruiting process quickly without anything slipping through the cracks. Even though there are a lot of features I feel can be greatly improved, I don't think there is anything on the market today that is better than Jobvite.

I give it a 7 because I'd ideally like to use an ATS to source candidates. But, if we aren't able to get that via another ATS, I think Jobvite is fine.

The company's recruiting has slowed down, so some of the pain points can be ignored so that we can avoid the distraction of implementing a new system.

Since I've already used the program, I'm most likely to renew the product rather than learning a whole new program. I've never had a problem using Jobvite and don't have many suggestions for improvement or added features.

I would use it again if I worked for a larger mid sized company with a larger budget. If you are a huge corporation, I believe Kennexa is the best choice. Jobvite for smaller or midsized companies is recommended. There are lots of other start up ATS but most are unproven yet.

My company has it's own ATS right now. If I were to go somewhere new and they didn't have an ATS I would maybe recommend jobvite. It would depend on the environment and the need.
