Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite

We use Jobvite to manage our staffing and recruitment activities.
  • Great for mobile access.
  • Great for social media.
  • Great for scheduling interviews.
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Searching candidates.
  • Customer service.
  • Would be great if we had a dedicated personal representative to contact.
  • Managers and employees who use it have trouble with the system.
  • It doesn't work with certain versions of Internet Explorer which our company uses.
We thought Jobvite would stand out and be more agile than the rest but it turns out it hasn't
Jobvite is well suited for companies who allow social media company wide. Because our company is in the health care industry, we have limitations in accessing the net company wide.

Jobvite Implementation

Using Jobvite

it's ok. Not the best system compared to other systems used in the past. Customer service is poor as well. Our company lacks hands on support. Bad all around. We will be looking for something else within 6 months
