Overall Satisfaction with Jotform
I use Jotform for citizens to schedule Public Fire Safety Education Events. We have weekly and sometimes daily events that teach the public about fire safety. We go to churches, schools, businesses, and retirement homes and teach fire safety. Our students range from preschool age to people well into their golden years. Jotform is a tool we use to gather information from requestees'. This cuts down on the chances of our department from making careless areas and able to give the citizens the best quality service.
- The ease of use is my favorite part of the Jotform. You don't have to be an IT guru to use it, but the results of your creation will surely make people think you are.
- Jotform keeps all my event request organized and accurate.
- Editing forms is done with ease.
- I understand that jotform is a business but I wish you had a little higher capacity limits on the free version
- The paid versions are a little pricey. Would be great if it was not a reoccurring monthly charge but rather a one time fee for the paid versions.
- I wish i could get notification emails sent to more that one email address on the free version
- Jotform has lessened the workload of some of my staff. They provide the link to the customer, and Jotform does the rest.
- My mind is at peace knowing Jotform has all my submittals organized in a safe and secure place.
