Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

I run multiple Girlguiding units and need to have consent forms and other forms on PDF, but many parents struggle to complete a PDF successfully on their devices. Jotform allows them to complete the PDF using the simple webform and has meant I get responses back far more quickly and easily than before.

Pros

  • Easy to setup forms
  • Easy to update PDF
  • Easy for users to complete
  • Tables are useful for summary of responses
  • Mobile app easy to use

Cons

  • A way to sort the responses alphabetically on the mobile app
  • An option to choose which field to display in the list (and sort by) for the mobile app
  • An easier way to upgrade for only one month when needing the additional features seasonally rather than all the time
It is suitable for any PDF form that needs to be completed by a large number of users who may not regularly work with editable PDFs, and may not have access to anything other than a mobile device.

Regarding your comment on having the option to choose the field to display in the list of submissions on the mobile app, this can be set in the View Settings. Then cancel your subscription before the next billing date to avoid being charged again.
