Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a church and use Jotform for membership and counseling applications. Jotform allows a safe and secure place for others to fill out peresonal information, sign documents and even leave a photo for our database use. We can have as many as 50 submissions in a month and find Jotform to be a user friendly process for the average person to use online and at their convenience.

As mentioned at the beginning, Jotform suits our basic form needs very well at the free level. In the context of needing basic information with space for open ended questions to be answered, it works really well. Overall, we have been very satisfied with the ease of use, options, presentation, and downloading abilities.
