Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am a beauty influencer and I use Jotform to allow my followers to take a Skincare Quiz online. This allows me to start a conversation, gather an email address and develop a relationship.

Pros

The form templates are easy to use
I find the user experience a great asset
It's an easy way to connect with leads

Cons

A few more appealing graphic styles and templates would be nice.

Usability

Easy to use and visually appealing. Most people are willing to fill out an easy form and this allows my business to gather an email and/or phone number to continue my conversations and relationship.
