Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

We use Jotform to collect dog adoption applications, volunteer applications, and mailing list information. It is super easy to use, reliable and the help desk and community are quick to resolve your issues. They have come a long way since we started with them and are starting to look into the newer upgrades.

Jotform's ease of use, extensive template and branding options, and user friendly interface has helped our small budget limited organization look professional. There is extensive help available if the need arises. We like to read through the help community to see what else is available and to get ideas of how others are using Jotform.

We are a small organization with very limited budget so this is easy to use for what we need and very budget friendly. Our volunteers have been able to learn it easily and start implementing the new forms immediately. Reporting is also very easy to handle and we are able to download the info without having to decipher it.
