Overall Satisfaction with JumpCloud

JumpCloud has allowed us to implement, simply and quickly, the management of access to different corporate resources using a single set of credentials.
  • Complete and unified user management
  • Highly performing and extremely secure LDAP service
  • Password management
  • Single Sign On access management simple and intuitive to use
  • The technical documentation available is not very complete and is not always updated. JumpCloud should implement a real wiki like, for example OKTA, which has a very large, complete and easy to understand online documentation
  • The possibility of having a user portal with a personalized URL is missing
  • JumpCloud has had a great impact, as it has allowed us to achieve compliance with certain international standards and regulations in the field of IT and information security in a short time and with a limited investment
The JumpCloud support service is functional and complete, but not yet adequate enough to resolve problems within certain time limits.

JumpCloud completely eliminates the need to manage Microsoft Active Directory for access to on-premise resources and, through the SSO functionality, allows you to manage and regulate access to cloud resources.
