Overall Satisfaction with JumpCloud

We use it to manage Windows and MacOS devices. We implement users from our Azure AD and manage their devices with JumpCloud. We also use the Password Manager.

The customer support is top notch. The representatives are very helpful, and they respond very quickly, clearly, and respectfully.

It is very simple to use and offers a lot in terms of what it can do.
It's great for managing users and devices across Windows, Mac, and Linux. It handles SSO and authentication well.

The company's Co-founder, Rajat Bhargava, has an automated message sent out to users who use the Cloud Directory asking for feedback. I responded to the email, and he responded to my message that same day with a response. He even brought on one of their engineers to answer one of my questions.
