We use it to manage Windows and MacOS devices. We implement users from our Azure AD and manage their devices with JumpCloud. We also use the Password Manager.

The company's Co-founder, Rajat Bhargava, has an automated message sent out to users who use the Cloud Directory asking for feedback. I responded to the email, and he responded to my message that same day with a response. He even brought on one of their engineers to answer one of my questions.
