Overall Satisfaction with JumpCloud

We came across with JumpCloud when we were looking a solution to replace our on-premises Active Directory .
Now JumpCloud is more than a directory and allow as to manage our users and devices.
Perfect tool to help in hybrid work environment.

Clear UI and easy to access resources.
We have good deal as a non-profit organization and we get billed yearly, which help us to plan ahead.
Well suited If you need to move your AD to the cloud, if you need to manage a large fleet of devices and operating systems

Can't really think on any scenario where it could be less appropriate
