Provides signature capture and routing for deliveries.

- No way to remove delivery driver. Have to uninstall app in order for new delivery driver to use.
- It helps us to prove deliveries were made saves us money if a customer claims they did not receive their item we can show picture and signature proof.

- It helps us to not only have a name of who accepted the delivery but also a picture of where it was left.
We have benefited because our customer service staff can easily log into the jump track website and pull down any proof of delivery. They can easily see who signed for a delivery and a picture of where the delivery was made. We can see the date of when the delivery was made and email the customer proof upon request.
We take advantage of these features in that since it's all web-based/cloud based service, we can easily route our deliveries in the most efficient route. Things that the program does not take into consideration is when the business opens however. No since routing a stop 2 or 3 in place if they don't open until 1pm for example. In that, it lacks.
We use JumpTrack over other programs out there because of how well it integrates with DDMS, our ERP software. We also like that nothing has to be installed on any computers. It's fully web-based/cloud based product. We like it's developed by Eci who made our ERP software so we already have a working relationship with it's creator.
