Provides signature capture and routing for deliveries.

- Can be Glitchy
- No way to remove delivery driver. Have to uninstall app in order for new delivery driver to use.
- It helps us to prove deliveries were made saves us money if a customer claims they did not receive their item we can show picture and signature proof.
- It helps us route our deliveries in the best order
- It helps us to not only have a name of who accepted the delivery but also a picture of where it was left.
We use JumpTrack over other programs out there because of how well it integrates with DDMS, our ERP software. We also like that nothing has to be installed on any computers. It's fully web-based/cloud based product. We like it's developed by Eci who made our ERP software so we already have a working relationship with it's creator.
