Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack
JumpTrack allows us to do proof of delivery as well as having a digital copy of our delivery schedule for the day. This product can also do route optimization for a added charge. It is nice to see where your drivers are at in their route in case of a customer calling to see where their delivery is at.
Pros
- digital delivery manifest
- proof of delivery capture
- reducing paper
- allowing to easily modify a delivery route once the driver has left
Cons
- If using route optimization and not optimization it is 2 separate logins to the same site.
- optimization is done by a 3rd party so support there is a little slim
- it has increased accountability as we can see where the driver last stopped
- it also has reduced the number of reshipment of product as we can prove it had been delivered
different products, but both useful in their own ways
