Overall Satisfaction with Kameleoon
We’ve been using Kameleoon's A/B testing solution for a year now to improve our website and our users’ experience. The tool helps us to pinpoint the elements that are working well from those we need to improve. At the end of the day, Kameleoon makes us make informed decisions based on what our visitors expect.
Pros
- Create tests in just a few clicks.
- Powerful and insightful website auditing tool.
- Great consulting, wonderful team!
Cons
- Data reports are detailed and provide us with all the info we need. However, it sometimes takes time to dig for the right piece of data. Could the reporting tool be more pragmatic?
- We have very different conversion rates depending on the products and devices used by our visitors. Using Kameleoon, we are now able to address these challenges one by one by improving the experience on-site. We’re particularly interested in improving our mobile conversion rates as it represents a big part of our traffic.
