Overall Satisfaction with Kameleoon

We use Kameleoon to test and grow our experimentation program, providing data-informed decisions for projects and campaigns. Its targeting and segmentation capabilities are essential for experiments on our website. The platform delivers easy to read yet insightful analytics, enabling us to make informed decisions efficiently and optimize performance across our initiatives.






Kameleoon is easy to use, to run tests and report on results across our business.

Pros

  • Audience segmentation and targeting
  • Flexible and comprehensive analytics
  • Ease of use

Cons

  • Some graphic editor tools don't always work for us. E.g. generating selectors, locked out elements/customisations
  • Gradually improving conversion rates on tested areas/products
  • Enhanced customised testing, reaching specific users we never would have otherwise
  • One unfortunate scenario where a server update disrupted a test running, resulted in a conversion loss
Easy to use for test creation, targeting, analysis. For more complex tests or advanced features, it would require some developer assistance/knowledge.

Great for growing your experimentation programme, have comprehensive targeting needs, need fast deployment and quick data. Could be challenging to use without some technical expertise and would require developer assistance. More opportunity to leverage the platform’s full capabilities otherwise and run more complex experiments.
