Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)

I've used Keap for my sales and marketing automation since late 2008. It has helped me gather at least 100,000 leads over the years and process thousands of sales in dozens of countries, all automatically. I use every module in the platform including the CRM, Affiliate/Partner, E-Commerce, and Marketing modules. I've used it for email, voice, SMS, and direct mail broadcasts. I've integrated it with various membership platforms for my on-demand/premium content, and it has enabled me to grow my sales and income without growing my staff and expenses.
  • Visual drag ‘n drop campaign builder makes it easy to build out workflows
  • 24/7 chat support and 12/5 phone support is fantastic
  • Sharing proven campaigns between accounts is a huge time-saver
  • Creating multi-media, multi-step sales and marketing automation workflows is easy and powerful
  • Combining so many tools—affiliate marketing, marketing automation, sales automation, email marketing, multi-media marketing—into one tool at this price point is taken for granted
  • The landing page builder is functional, but is quite lacking
  • The email builder is solid, but it would be nice to be able to embed images inline and wrap the text
  • Reporting is powerful, but not intuitive
  • Reporting needs more visuals like pie charts, etc.

  • Keap notifies my team around the world when a lead, sale, or issue comes in
  • Keap automation does the work of at least two to three people 24/7 since 2008
Most any sales and marketing automation platform you use will create a positive ROI for you IF you'll use it. So you have to look at the user experience, support, ecosystem, certified partner community, user community, development, third-party integrations, API, and licensing costs to determine which is actually the best fit for you and your organization.
When I chose Keap in 2008, the platforms listed above either did not exist, had a limited feature set, did not cater to the SMB space, and/or were too expensive, locked you into annual contracts, and/or charged and arm and a leg for support.
Keap has stayed true to its mission of helping entrepreneurs grow their sales without growing their staff. Their energy and passion is contagious and can help carry you through the valleys and dips launching and running your business with throw your way.
Keap is great for the small business owner/entrepreneur who needs an affordable, yet powerful, proven, and capable sales and marketing automation platform with great support, a proven partner/consultant network, a strong social media community for native support and knowledge sharing, and 3rd party integrations to expand the platform. If you sell digital products, coaching programs, subscriptions, and/or a small number of physical products, you need to take a look at Keap.
