Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
We use Keap ourselves and we recommend, set it up, and running it for/with clients every day. We use it for automated lead follow-up; trade show promo and follow-up; software trial sign up and follow-up; white paper delivery and follow-up; lead scoring; appointment booking; webinar promo, registration, and follow-up; customer experience, and NPS campaigns, automated testimonial and referral campaigns.
Pros
- Automated lead follow-up.
- Trade show and event promo campaigns.
- Webinar promo, registration, and follow-up campaigns.
- Lead scoring helps salespeople know where to put their time.
- See which people and companies are most engaged which helps salespeople know where to put their time.
Cons
- In some versions of the software, it's hard to see the company name along with the contact name.
- Saved time for lead follow-up.
- Saved time for setting up software trials and demos.
- Saved time for setting up appointments.
- Saved time for prioritizing which prospects to call.
When I started my company I looked [at] a lot of different marketing automation software and settled squarely, 100% on Keap; then I built my business around it. For companies that need lead follow-up; need to know where to focus on who to call and follow-up with; need to promote events, webinars, trade shows, products, services; need one place to keep all contact info for prospects and customers, need to eliminate the chaos of too many types of software, spreadsheets, and sticky notes, Keap is it!!
