Overall Satisfaction with KeePass
It is used by different departments where administrators need to operate for several customers with different users. Because of security reasons we have to change our password very often. No administrator is able to recall so many different passwords for so many different clients. And the requirement of our clients is a very high level of security.

I cannot remember how and why I selected KeePass. But I think it was the possibility to try it as a shareware product first. In the past, there were only the most important features realized in the software (and some stuff I never needed). To see how the software has been developed and improved during the years creates trust in the company that created this nice piece of Software. If the software is able to stay on the market for so many years is also important to create trust in the developer company.
On my iPhone, I use keePassium because I evaluated this as the best current version as a password store on my smartphone. And KeePass is not available for iPhone.

Because of security reasons we have to change the passwords of our users very often because we access systems of many customers. And security is one of the main requirements we are facing in our job. There is no difference between managers and operators.

2 - There is no real in-house support for KeePass available. All the users help each other or find help on the Internet. KeePass is easy to use and if there are special use-cases where special knowledge is need, you always will find someone who already solved this problem or can help you to solve it.
- auto-type user and password in login forms
- select data from a list for special software that requires user related information
- remind you to renew your passwords that will be soon expire
- scripting some special ways of auto-type
- configure usage for specific software with application recognition
- select specific data from lists stored inside of KeePass
- the usage of KeePass is limited to the storage of particular data and provisioning this data on demand
- it is hard to guess the things to come
- maybe KeePass will develop some innovation that I cannot imagine right now
