Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
We use Keepit as a backup solution for our Office365 world.
- Fast user or administrator interface
- Fair prices
- Good customer service
- Currently, we do not see any need for improvement, except that the port foil may be extended for other services.
- Like any backup, it is a kind of insurance, so the business case is difficult to calculate.
So far, we have only had to restore a few users' data and the process has been simple and fast.
The fast interface makes the work easier, which means that we effectively save time every day.
NetApp SaaS Backup was still being evaluated. However, Keepit was superior in every area (user interface, features, and speed of operation).
