Backup with Keepit
We now have one platform and an overview where one can see if something is not working.
The GUI is very easy to use and straightforward. You just have to select the item (mailbox, OneDrive, file, etc) and the point in time you want to restore, after that you can start the restore, which then runs in the background and you get a notification after the restore is finished. You can also provide a link to the backup of any data (the mailbox of the user for example) to the user, so the user can restore the data she or he needs himself. That reduces the time spent on the backup operator.

It's such a simple and intuitive software to use, you barely need any training on it, and it works exactly how you'd expect it to. If you have to restore something quickly while under pressure, you're not stressed by trying to figure out how to do it first, and it's so simple.

Keepit does what it says on the tin; setup was quick, interface is simple and clean, pricing is competitive
As said previously, we use backup services only very rarely (i.e. only when users mess up) so the impact has been negligible so far. We expect it to be greater in the long term.

We can't think about a better cloud to cloud backup & restore tool
As mentioned before: The tools are very simple to use. The administrators don't have to use many hours and days to set up backup plans or restore files. It is very easy and time-efficient. The administrators love it. From the user perspective side, it is definitely one of the best tools we use in our company
