Keepit for Office 365 backup works like a charm
Once Keepit is set up, you don't need to check it every day since it just works. It backs up the time every day. Also, the recovery of data can be done by the users themselves, which saves a lot of time.

User-friendly, powerful and reliable backup software
Keepit is not only very easy to be implemented but also to be administered and operated. For common tasks there are assistants in the user interface are self-explaining (look and feel). In most cases it is not required to read long user documentation. The current status can be monitored in the admin interface.

Now you can forget about backing up your data
We don't care at all about the backup. It informs you when something is wrong. So it saves time in the daily work. If you have to do a restore, the UI is easy, and you can do it fast and as expected. Only restoring in a foreign mailbox does not have all options for the structure, so you may need to move some folders afterward.

Keepit in a Nutshell
We do not use Keepit on a daily basis, but when it's needed, there is no need to remember where are the main functions. Hence it is indeed designed to be easy to use. Diving a bit deeper into more detailed backups and restores might not be as simple. However, those are specific scenarios that, most of the time, require keeping track of how your infrastructure is designed in the first place since Keepit only backs it up as it already is.

If you have Microsoft 365 you need Keepit !
By switching for previous solution to the Keepit we achieve not only a huge time saving for IT admins in terms of daily operation by automating backup from our MS tenant, but also significant time saving when executing task for search, restore, analyze due to the simplicity of the Keepit admin interface.

KeepIT - Good solution for additional security
Restoring user data was everytime a problem, to search when datas was there. With KeepIT search with subfolders and also possibility to change snapshot date easily by multiple different selectors in few seconds is really helpling. I have never was in situation where I was lost in GUI, this is reason for me also to write this review.

Keepit... if you don't have it Getit!
Keepit is very easy to use. We have used a number of different backup systems over time, and Keepit is by far the most straightforward and obvious interface I have had the pleasure of using. You can kick off a simple restore in very few clicks, and be confident you will not accidentally overwrite data or cause other issues.
