Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
KeepIt's main use is to restore users' data, such as deleted files, on their Ondrive or Sharepoint Teamsites.
Pros
- The restore process are very quick to do.
- The KeepIt website layout is simple to use has all the information needed.
- The timeline feature to search and restore the files is very quick.
Cons
- Restoring the information can be done in two ways: downloading locally or restoring to the location where the file was deleted. I think it would be a great feature if we could set it to restore to another SharePoint site.
- Users are always confident since they have this system as safenet for their work.
You can restore the backup by going to the KeepIT website, searching for the backup, and restoring it.
The impact is high since instead of finding the right backup, waiting for it to open, searching for the file, and losing 30 minutes to 1 hour, we can do it in 10 minutes max.
