Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our organization uses Keepit for backup of our entire Office365 environment

Pros and Cons

Pros

Always good backups
Use is very easy

Cons

When logging in, the region may be different, we are using the Netherlands and I do not see Europe or the Netherlands

Data Recovery

With us it is usually deleted unintentionally and or when people leave employment after a longer period, there are still documents or emails from that person.

For us, Keepit is very friendly to use, no comments about it, we are easy to work with

Because Microsoft does not offer enough backup and with Keepit we have certainly had cases where we were able to retrieve files or even email, which is certainly not the case with Microsoft.
