Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
We use Keepit to back up our Microsoft 365 estate; Keepit provides us a platform to perform backups outside of Microsoft.
- Easy use experience when navigating backups and settings.
- Fantastic product support.
- Simple onboarding process.
- Add more Microsoft products available to backup, for example, D365 finance and operations.
- Whilst I am unable to quote hard numbers, I would comfortably say this has improved our ROI by over 50%.
Keepit has enabled us to operate confidently in case of any corruption or compromise to our SaaS solution. We know that we can confidently restore data from Keepit's solution.
Simple and easy to use, our entire IT team (including the apprentice) can operate and use the platform comfortably with minimal training.
Veeam is our current backup supplier for on-prem infrastructure, whilst we are aiming to reduce and move fully cloud in the next 12 months, we anticipate a bigger investment in keepit as this is more favorable for us.
