Overall Satisfaction with Keepit
We use Keepit to back up everything from Office 365. Whether it is Exchange, Onedrive, Sharepoint, or Azure AD, Keepit has us covered. Setup is easy, by the end of the demo our environment was almost fully configered. Small issues were swiftly investigated and solved. Communication is fluent and accurate. Backup is so transparent we sometimes forget we have it.

Since it's all cloud data, we prefer to have a 'cloud-native' backup solution. This way, we ensure a smooth backup and recovery process. No need to download/upload our data locally or set up specific cloud storage solutions. From deleted data to tenant to tenant migrations. So far, everything has gone fine.
The fact that we sometimes just log in to see if everything still works, proofs that we don't have it in our minds. Keepit monitors their platform closely, ensuring any failed backups are handled asap. It just works, and that's what we like most of it!
Veeam is rocksolid product that we know for years. Keepit brings it to another level. - built-in storage - cloud native - low complexity.
