Overall Satisfaction with Keepit

We use Keepit to back up everything from Office 365. Whether it is Exchange, Onedrive, Sharepoint, or Azure AD, Keepit has us covered. Setup is easy, by the end of the demo our environment was almost fully configured. Small issues were swiftly investigated and solved. Communication is fluent and accurate. Backup is soo transparent we sometimes forget we have it. At Keepit they continue to improve their product reliability and features. We recently renewed our contract and added the PowerBI backup feature.

Since it's all cloud data, we prefer to have a 'cloud-native' backup solution. This way, we ensure a smooth backup and recovery process. No need to download/upload our data locally or set up specific cloud storage solutions. From deleted data to tenant to tenant migrations. So far, everything has gone fine.
The fact that we sometimes just log in to see if everything still works, proofs that we don't have it in our minds. Keepit monitors their platform closely, ensuring any failed backups are handled asap. It just works, and that's what we like most of it!
Veeam is rocksolid product that we know for years. Keepit brings it to another level. - built-in storage - cloud native - low complexity.

No need for level 3 backup engineers, with common sense the platform is useable for level 1-3. Keepit takes care of the hassle, no sizing of storage, complicated connectors, or whatever. Point and back up and let it do its job.

We don't have or need dedicated people to support the product.
