Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing
We use Khoros both because it syncs up well with other tools we have (e.g., Tableau, etc.), because it supports all of the content we're trying to use, and because of the customizability of the analytics; we're able to generate the reports we need automatically and make our business decisions with them. Staff have been responsive to any issues we've seen arise, and we were very impressed with everyone we've worked with at the company.

- Support for Facebook reels.
- The better visual display in the week view; currently, it truncates if there are too many posts.
- Direct integration with link-in-bio tools for IG and Tiktok.
- Consistent reporting data that can be reconciled across channels.
- Content type support across channels has enabled us to plan more dynamic content.
We have principally used Khoros support to deal with technical issues, of which there were several early on. Khoros worked hard to ensure that our issues were addressed and provided timelines, as well as letting us know when issues were actually resolved. Our previous provider was totally opaque, and so this represented a radical shift for us.

Khoros met a specific technical need that other vendors couldn't provide for us. However, in terms of interface and performance, my impression was that there was little difference between it and its closest competitors.
