Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing
Khoros Marketing is currently our social media management tool used for publishing content, monitoring our social media channels and engaging with our social media audience. The tool is relatively easy to use and has solid funcionality and features. I think there could be more custom client onboarding and training for the tool but it has been reliable for us in recent years.
- Easy to adopt
- I like that you can save pre-approved responses to the library
- You can customize queues to route items to specific team members
- The customer success team is not as connected as they once were.
- Training is limited, you don't feel you're getting a white glove service.
- They seem later to the game in adopting new API features.
- Ability to streamline the customer care process by routing within the tool
- Ability to easily select from pre-approved or frequently used responses
We dont' have as strong of a relationship currently with our CS team. That said, when we did, they were able to help us 1:1 with some training areas. They helped us set up customized analytics etc.
It has helped keep us compliant and allowed us to store all customer care actions by providing exports on a monthly basis.

I've used a number of other Marketing software over my 13yrs of working in social media. I would say that Khoros stacks up relatively well against it's competitors. It may not be the number one but it suited our needs.
