This tool allows me to simplify the posts that I need to make for my accounts, and also manage all of the responses. This tool helps me catch all the vital mentions that my clients want and need.TikTok, Instagram and Twitter are all simplified. Very very very very simple.

Customer Support

From my perspective, both I and my organization benefited greatly from implementing this program into our day-to-day. For example, moderating across multiple platforms (IG+Twitter especially) has become much easier with the use of this program. Also, it's very easy to schedule posts on this program, which is nice for all Social Media Managers.

Brand Management with Khoros

Given that I am a fairly new Social Media Manager (I've been at the Social Lights for just 11 months), I really don't feel like I know too much about our agency's policies relating to cyber security and risk. Therefore, I am not at liberty to review this aspect of this product.

Scalability

Again, I am a fairly new employee to The Social Lights (I've only been here for 11 months) and I am also fairly new to the workforce (I've only just graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities) so it's hard for me to talk too much about the scalability of businesses; however, I feel like this would help.

Alternatives Considered

Asana

On some accounts that I am on, I use Asana in place of Khoros marketing but I much prefer Khoros Marketing. I prefer Khoros Marketing over Asana because I can post directly (and schedule posts) on Khoros but not on Asana. Also, I can moderate directly on Khoros but not Asana.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would recommend Khoros for all social media managers who are looking to simplify both the posting and moderation process. Like I said before, Khoros makes moderating Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok very simple. It is also useful for posting purposes, especially for scheduling purposes. I do wish they had a way to monitor threads.
