Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

Deployed globally and used to manage the publishing of posts, monitoring inbound traffic, and social media intelligence. Allows us to easily share social media collateral and have insight to what all of our branches are doing on social so that we can share ideas and campaigns.
  • Organization of social media collateral.
  • Social media analytics.
  • Inbox set up can be difficult at first, once done, the inbox works smoothly.
  • Because it is customizable, it is also easy to "clutter" your platform with things that you set up but don't need.
  • The mobile app has some issues.
  • Helps a small team manage a global social media program, and removes some tendency to be siloed.
  • We have identified and developed collaborations using this platform.
