Overall Satisfaction with Kintone

An easy straightforward way to drag and drop fields where you need them which allowed for a great-looking presentation. Using Kintone for sorting information was great.

  • Easy to Use.
  • Great for Presentations.
  • Cannot attach images to templates.
  • Limits on how many fields can be added.
  • Pricing too high.
  • It was great to show concepts of data collection.
  • Nothing came to fruition with Kintone as it was too expensive for upper management to approve while I was testing it for potential future use.
Nothing I had addressed with support was solved, assured to be fixed or to be added at a later point. The support I did receive was incorrect or not useful for the most part.
Very useful and great idea for a web interface.
More customizable in my opinion and free, though Kintone has drag and drop which is excellent and my favorite part.

Yes

Great for data mining and presentation, however, it is not great if you have to add large amounts of data. Limitations are also the export types.

Using Kintone

2 - Data entry and implementation.
1 - Does not require much skill, I was able to explain it the data entry individuals very quickly.

Depends on whether features I originally requested are added and if there is a free version that has limited functionality while testing or if we are in need of the software for future client use.
