Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use KiSSFLOW throughout the organization. KiSSFLOW helps organize the decision-making process by making sure all the steps in the process are followed the right decision-makers and taskmasters get the materials needed at the right time in the process. KISSFLOW has really reduced the decision-making time and the entire process function time making us more efficient. we use KISSFLOW for several multi-step decisions and multi-step processes.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Process - Course changes, additions, and cancellations.
Decision-making - Program course substitution requests
Decision-making - Course prerequisite waiver requests
Decision-making -Approval of intern site requests

Cons

Perhaps an easier way to breakdown content areas for the assigning tasks.
I really can not think of any additional recommendations. KiSSFLOW really does a nice job of routing the materials.

Return on Investment

Really improved efficiency (saves time)
Reduces/eliminates misplaced requests and task implementation.
Tracks activities for reference and verification.

Alternatives Considered

To be honest, I have not used any other products to automate business processes.

Likelihood to Recommend

As mentioned, KiSSFLOW really excels with the routing of questions, decision-making, and the execution of tasks when those entities are not in close proximity. KiSSFLOW instantly delivers the question or task to the next decision-maker or taskmaster using the internet. Thus distance is not an issue, snail-mail does not apply. KiSSFLOW does a nice job of tracking and archiving all activities for complete control and verification.
