Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo

Klaviyo is a key part of our direct-to-consumer tech stack and is critical in our conversion process. Our product has a higher price point, and having a tool that allows us to consistently re-engage with our site visitors and customers is critical in the conversion process.

  • Email and SMS Newsletters.
  • Drop campaigns for retargeting.
  • Tracking and integrating with our other technology.

Cons

  • possibly templates and best practice concepts.
  • better email delivery.
  • integrating with FB paid ads platform.
  • Improve overall site conversion rate.
  • Lower cost per acquisition.
  • Improve customer experience.
