We use it for email marketing for our e-commerce company. It helps us collect leads and keep track of customers so that we can message them and engage them with automated flows and campaigns.

This enables us to target customers who engage with our email (click) and develop a 360-degree view of customer behavior.
It helps us acquire new customers by welcoming them with a series of emails. It also allows us to retain customers by bringing them into email campaigns that they receive regularly for holidays and sales. It helps us upsell existing customers by including offers in thank-you emails and follow-up communications.
I’ve been using it for a while, so I haven’t evaluated other opportunities.
