We use it to educate employees on best practices for cybersecurity, privacy regulations, and corporate policies. The scope of our use case includes training for all 130 employees, customized learning paths, and compliance tracking for IT, sales, service, and admin staff, ensuring we meet industry-specific regulatory requirements.

If we had to do it again, we’d involve more department leads earlier in the evaluation process to get feedback on their specific training needs. While the IT and HR teams handled most of the selection, getting input from service, sales, and admin could’ve helped us tailor the initial rollout more effectively. We’d also request a deeper demo focused on real-life workflows, so we could better understand how to take full advantage of features like automation and reporting from day one.
