Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Enterprise Awareness Training Program
We use it across the whole organization to train on phishing, vishing, malware, Wifi connections, password complexities, etc. We have a very strong cybersecurity program.
- On-going training in cybersecurity is a crucial thing in today's technical arena and we train ALL of our employees on what things to look for in an email, websites, connecting to WiFi, etc.
- We can set up training campaigns to be on-going automatically and we get reporting on who has done them or who hasn't. We can tell if they click on a phish, etc.
- We try to make it fun and interesting with the games they have to teach employees about different areas of security. KnowBe4 also provided us with a longer training video to send home to employees' friends and families.
- They have the most excellent customer support and training!! Wonderful!
- Setting up the training campaigns can be tricky, but once you do a few it's not hard.
- Re-sending a campaign to employees that didn't do it is tricky as well. Practice with this helps a lot. They have great support to help.
- ROI has been really good. We have legal reasons for having a CyberSecurity program in place and this has been the least time consuming product with the most benefit around.
- I am not totally sure how we would measure the benefits in hard numbers because you never know without training what your organization could potentially have happen. We had a RansomWare attack once before we got KnowBe4 and I'm certain it wouldn't have happened if we'd been using this before. Luckily we had good backups and paid no ransom.
We have only tried our own individual training, but had many recommendations from other Coops like ours about this product and decided to try the lowest level. After the first year, we updated to the platinum level. Have absolutely no regrets.
