Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

I am not involved with that process.
It is being used across the entire organization with monthly mandatory training. We focus on a variety of security issues such as phishing, PII handling, remote work, best practices, etc. These training initiatives have helped improve our organization's security awareness and have enhanced our staff's ability to protect our technological assets from malicious individuals and organizations.
  • Training videos are succinct and relevant to today's issue. This helps keep our staff in a constant security awareness mode.
  • Monthly testing done against our organization with recommendations for improvement. This helps keep our staff in a constant security awareness mode.
  • A wide range of security awareness training & tools are made available to our staff. This helps keep our staff in a constant security awareness mode with this diversity.
  • Some of the questions provided after the training courses could be more difficult to answer.
  • Some courses, not all, could contain more depth of content and challenge staff more.
  • Other than that, we are satisfied with your services.
  • Reduced the number of successful phishing attacks.
  • Improved our staff's security awareness.
  • Enhanced our organization's overall security posture.
We haven't used KnowBe4 for assessments yet, but are considering these other options. Security Awareness Training is the primary product utilized from KnowBe4. The limited budget has made us focus on where we get the most bang for our buck. The Security Awareness services offered by KnowBe4 is where we best achieve that goal.
KnowBe4 is very responsive to questions and tickets. The training module, videos, and exercises that they offer are current and relevant to the challenges many organizations face today in the area of cybersecurity. They have helped improve our customer's security awareness from both a corporate and personal perspective. Without their services, we would be more vulnerable to malicious attacks.

Greatly improved. The training module, videos, and exercises that they offer are current and relevant to the challenges many organizations face today in the area of cybersecurity. They have helped improve our customer's security awareness from both a corporate and personal perspective. Without their services, we would be more vulnerable to malicious attacks.
Success rates for exercises and mandatory training retention. With these metrics, we are able to focus on some of our customer's weaknesses and help improve their knowledge in these areas. These reports help management understand the staff's challenges and where improvement is needed. Without these metrics, we would not know where our weaknesses were.
Phishing exercises are good. The content provided in many of KnowBe4's courses is very appropriate and relevant to the challenges being faced in today's organizations with respect to cybersecurity issues. Everyone must be constantly vigilant of the vectors of attack cyber criminals use to gain access to a company's resources. We must be 100% correct while the malicious hackers only need to be correct once.
