We use their AD integration.
We use KnowBe4 as our primary tool for security awareness training. We use security awareness training modules and do monthly phishing assessments to test our users knowledge.

- The phish alert button has been a very useful tool by allowing users to report suspicious e-mails directly to our security team and limit calls to our Help Desk.
WE found that KnowBe4 updates its training modules more frequently than other security awareness training programs we have used in the past. Also, we felt like the training videos are more user friendly and very well done.
