Pretty simple based upon import of users.
KnowBe4 training has helped our network users avoid phishing attempts or other malware coming through email. The training has been very helpful to keep this in mind all of the time. Excellent awareness for all users was obtained and maintained through the occasional tests. It has been very helpful for our organization as a whole. Awareness is key!
- Keeps them aware of the types of phishing.
- Gives them good examples of what they may see.
- Tests them to make sure they aren't clicking on phishing attempts.
- Some of the training classes are a little bit long. They could make them shorter.
- Clear ROI for the low cost, if we can avoid one infection it was worth it.
Better detailed technical information in KnowBe4 but the classes are shorter in Mimecast. They also include more humor in Mimecast.
