Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

Integration with AD. Users are created for me. I love that aspect.
KnowBe4 is being used across the enterprise to train team members on Security Awareness and Phishing awareness.

Specifically, the Information Security Team delivers these awareness training to all employees of the enterprise annually. Every week, a quarter of our enterprise is tested for their phishing awareness with fake phishing emails. KnowBe4 tracks these emails to see if they're opened, read, clicked, or reported. The reports are used to inform our executive leadership team and board on the effectiveness and antiphishing education within the organization.
  • Information security training.
  • Phishing awareness training.
  • Administration GUI.
  • Reporting is inflexible and hard to export.
  • KnowBe4 has certainly improved infosec awareness yearly.
  • KnowBe4 has provided opportunities to test our users with test phishes.
I haven't engaged support yet so I have no data upon which to base any numerical value above.

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training again?

Yes

I don't know how to integrate this into our existing training and assign the new training to users.
  • Training completion, raw numbers and percentage.
  • Test pass/fail, raw numbers and percentage.
  • Phish testing pass/fail, raw numbers and percentage.
  • Phish testing failures by category with suggestions for remediation.
It's a good solution for a small to medium sized business. Larger organizations will find some of the features to be less-friendly for integration into the greater training landscape.
