Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
Very limited in our department.
We have automated emails that are distributed to all employees with the latest scams. We also have training that is linked to their annual review or more often as updated relevant information is published. What business problems does it address? It makes our staff aware of their own harmful habits of clicking on links without thinking.
