Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

We started using KnowBe4 early on to get our help desk technicians and our network guys on the same page and be prepared for any type of malicious attack on our data. As we found the training to be very easy to follow and thought our users could benefit, we started integrating other departments into the training service.
  • Fun videos that are interesting to watch
  • Gives details that can help users in their personal life as well
  • Testing is engaging and not overly difficult
  • Top-tier product is expensive
  • More advanced tools for the admin portal would help.
  • Would like it to be easier to make product suggestions
  • Our IT department says it's saving lots of time.
  • HR department says no data leak is top priority.
  • Potentially money saved in data loss prevention
All around, we get good support from their staff and the fairly deep knowledge base on the web interface. It would be really nice when us or our users have a great idea or a local issue that we could easily give suggestions to the KnowBe4 team.

I think keeping it fresh is a big deal to the users as they tend not to get as burned-out on topics. Always having a new take on the same subject, or an entirely new set of content on all new subjects, is what keeps them wanting to come back and ace their tests.
It's as easy as an exported AD database with email addresses. That gets plugged into the KnowBe4 side and they churn out all your user accounts easily. When a user logs in the first time they set up their password and recovery options and bam, off they go on their training.
Keeping track of the whole organization in a single pane of glass is really convenient and helpful. Also being able to pop out a report on a moment's notice really gets our management people happy. It's a fairly deep set of data as well, so you can usually find anything you need on your first go.
We've already had other departments ask about the new KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training and other local entities have inquired about how we are liking it. It's easy to recommend because it can help in a slew of ways and for a large range of users. No one really has to have a deep technical background to grasp the concepts.
